Permanent dry walls with Biodry

With Biodry, your walls will remain permanently dry, as it provides the solution to wall problems. These problems occur because there is a process in the wall that causes water to rise high in the wall; this is also known as rising damp. Biodry neutralizes this process and prevents water from rising.

The device is a safe and non-invasive solution, as it contains no chemical additives, produces no electromagnetic emissions, and does not require invasive construction work.

Rising damp is the main cause of mold, which can have an effect on your health, musty odors, and salt crystals in the walls. Loose paint and crumbling plaster can also be caused by rising damp. Because Biodry puts an end to the root cause of these issues, they become a thing of the past and the walls can be permanently restored.

How does the device work?

Phase 1: The cause of rising damp

The cause of rising damp is an electrical interference present in the ground below the building which greatly increases the capillary capacity of the wall and favours the rise of the water.

Phase 2: Device installation

Once the Biodry device is installed, it picks up the natural electrical signal as an antenna and puts it in frequency. (Physical phenomenon better known as resonance)

Phase 3: Biodry reverses the signal

Biodry reverses the intercepted signal and reflects it equal and opposite. A physical law, better known as counter-phase, proof that two equal and opposite waves collide and cancel each other. The disturbance that causes the water to rise disappears.

Phase 4: Damp rise is eliminated

The rise is stopped, the water still present in the wall, descends naturally by gravity, drying itself permanently by evaporation. Once this process is completed, the plaster can be restored.

Biodry is certified

The Biodry device has been certified by several prestigious external companies. The CE certification has been performed by a specialised body and it certifies that Biodry complies with DIRECTIVE 2006/42 / CE.

TUV has also certified the device for safety of electronic materials, devices and equipment. It is certified that Biodry complies with the safety requirements in relation to exposure to electromagnetic fields as established by the EN62233; ICNIRP, 1999/519 / CE, CEI 211-6 standards.
